Morris Property Management specialises in property management for clients who own and let out commercial property in Scotland.
Broad experience gained acting both as a client, having worked for large institutions, British Rail Property Board, Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydeport and also in the private sector, Donaldsons, CBRE and Workman and in acting for a diverse range of clients, from large Funds and property companies, to private individuals. I am therefore aware of what clients require in terms of managing commercial buildings, having provided this service at various levels and for a variety of property types, both as a client and as a managing agent.
I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and also have an IOSH qualification. I have experience acting over a number of years for major clients including Property Funds (Blackrock/Threadneedle), several blue chip companies, Property Companies and private individuals.
